This modified formulation of the Dulbecco′s Modified Eagle′s Medium F-12 (DMEM-F12) is optimized for culturing Human Brain Endothelial Cell line-5i (HBEC-5i) cell lines.
10% FBS should be added to this medium and it will be ready for use.
