Semiquantitative detection and diagnosis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) in human pulmonary and EPTB specimens and aids in the diagnosis of infection with MTB. Tobe be used with Truelab Quattro Real Time Quantitative micro PCR Analyzer.
