Great Gentaur One-Step ELISA vs. Classic Sandwich ELISA

One-Step ELISA (Gentaur ELISA): Combines antigen capture and detection into a single incubation step, reducing assay time and handling. Faster and less labor-intensive, but may have slightly lower sensitivity due to simultaneous binding.

Classic Sandwich ELISA: Uses sequential antigen capture and detection, providing higher specificity and sensitivity. More incubation and washing steps, increasing time and labor but improving accuracy.

Bacillus anthracis Protective antigen (PagA) IgG ELISA kit - 96-wells plate

Assay type: Sandwich ELISA
Assay principle: Coated antigen PA83 -> Anti-PA83 IgG bind to the coated antigen -> HRP-labeled protein G binds to the IgG
Standard/Control: Rabbit Anti-PA83 IgG
*Note: The interaction between Protein G and IgG is not species specific
